Founded, owned and operated by the Gurholt family since 1952, Finn's Restaurant is not your typical breakfast spot. In addition to classic American breakfast dishes like Eggs Benedict and Steak and Eggs, Finn's embraces its Scandinavian culture through traditional dishes like the "Jule Kake French Toast," Norwegian Christmas bread with raisin and cardamom in a cinnamon cream batter, and the "Norsk Omelet," with bay shrimp, capers and Havarti cheese.
