Elegant, intimate and one of the city's top restaurants, Bishop's Fine Dining is perfect for a quiet evening out with friends or a romantic dinner. This quiet, spare decor may at first seem unimpressive, but the gourmet West Coast cuisine and famously personalized service make it glitter. It was good enough for Clinton and Gorbachev when they were in town. The menu changes weekly, but past selections have included Saltspring Island Mussels steamed in Sake, and Roasted Duck Breast with Navy Bean Cassoulet.
